REALTOR® Josh Moffitt is a North Carolina native, born in Concord, raised in Mt. Holly and has lived in Gaston County the majority of his life. Upon graduation from East Gaston High School, Josh joined the United States Marine Corps and served as a non-commissioned officer where he was instilled with the core values of Honor, Courage and Commitment. He then began a career in retail banking which helped establish a solid foundation of extraordinary customer service coupled with outstanding client relationships. His rapid success in the retail sector ultimately led him to the positon of Assistant Vice President/REO asset manager. His time spent in this position, which focused on managing and facilitating the disposition of bank-owned properties, provided him great insight into the inner workings of the world of real estate.
